Bold Performance uses information you voluntarily share, such as your name, email, and training goals, to respond to your inquiry and discuss coaching. Please do not send sensitive medical information through this website.

Website services

Preparing an email introduction happens in your browser and sends nothing automatically. When direct delivery is enabled, submissions are processed by Formspree. Email, phone, text, and Instagram links open their respective services, whose privacy policies apply. This website does not include advertising trackers.

Website analytics

Vercel Web Analytics measures visits and popular pages using aggregated statistics without cookies. It processes technical details such as browser, device, approximate location, and referring site. We do not send form answers or training tool inputs as analytics events. SeeVercel’s analytics privacy documentationfor details about its data handling.

Training tools and drafts

Tool inputs and unsent form drafts are held in the current browser page. Reloading clears them. Downloaded plans and introductions are saved on your device, where you control whether to keep or share them. Tool results are not automatically included in a coaching inquiry.

Hosting and fonts
