THE PERSON BEHIND THE PROGRAM
Strength is built
one day at a time.
Brock developed his game at W.F. West High School in Washington before being drafted by Arizona in 2019. Five years in the Diamondbacks organization gave him firsthand experience of professional training and the work behind a return to competition.
Now a NASM-certified trainer and MDM Pitching Performance assistant coach, he brings that perspective to athletes and personal training clients. His faith is a foundation for the purpose he brings to his work.

The experience behind the perspective.
Brock’s path connects early ambition, professional competition, and the discipline of working back from a setback.
01Washington roots. A professional opportunity.
At W.F. West High School in Washington, Brock developed as a pitcher before being selected straight out of high school by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 16th round of the 2019 MLB Draft. His professional career began with a new level of preparation and competition.
02A return built through persistence
Tommy John surgery in his first professional year interrupted that path. He committed to rehabilitation and returned to professional competition during his five years in the Diamondbacks organization. That experience gives personal context to his emphasis on patience and consistent work.
03Passing experience forward
As an MDM Pitching Performance assistant coach, Brock helps athletes develop pitching mechanics, arm-care routines, and the mental side of the game. At Bold Performance, his NASM certification and playing background inform conversations about strength, movement, and purposeful training.
