02 / MEET YOUR COACH

Pro experience.
Personal investment.

I’m Brock Jones. Former professional athlete. NASM-certified trainer. Your partner in getting stronger.

Drafted by Arizona in the 16th round in 2019, I spent five years in the Diamondbacks organization. Tommy John surgery in my first year tested my resolve. I worked my way back to professional competition.

That experience shapes how I coach: respect the fundamentals, stay consistent, and build for the long term. Alongside Bold Performance, I help develop pitchers as an MDM Pitching Performance assistant coach.

01

Build a routine

If you are new to the gym or starting again, explain what has made consistency difficult. Your schedule, confidence with equipment, and previous experience are useful places to begin.

02

Train with a goal

Whether your focus is everyday strength or the demands of a sport, give that goal some context. What do you want to do more confidently, and what would meaningful progress look like?
