PUT IT INTO PRACTICE

## How to use this tool.

Put a change in training load into numbers using a consistent unit and exercise.

1. Enter the previous load, which must be greater than zero.
2. Enter the current load in the same unit.
3. Read the weight difference and its percentage of the previous load.

### A worked example.

Moving from 40 kg to 45 kg is a 5 kg increase, or 12.5%.

Example inputs illustrate how the tool works.

## Know what the numbers mean.

The percentage is (current − previous) ÷ previous × 100. A decrease produces a negative number. The tool describes a change; it does not recommend increasing weight or compare different exercises.

Your inputs stay in this browser tab. Nothing is sent to Brock. Reloading resets your inputs.
